Doulas are great baby gifts!

Childbirth Education

Private sessions in the convenience and comfort of your own home!  Groups sessions can be arranged.  Ask about customizing your options. 

 

Childbirth Preparation Series (4 sessions)   $250

Birth Doula - not currently available

3-4 prenatal visits, 2 postpartum visits, 24/7 on-call phone, email, text support, birth education and preparation, assistance in developing your birth preferences, continuous labour and birth support.


Special extras:  Access to my private library of books and DVDs, written birth story, keepsake photo CD, personalized, handmade baby blanket.


I believe in a doula for every woman who wants one.  If finances are an issue, I will work with you to find a feasible option.  (Fees vary.  Value of up to $995)

Breastfeeding & Postpartum Support


Assistance in working through your breastfeeding concerns or challenges and ensuring that your baby is getting enough and doing well at the breast.  (In home or hospital)

Infant care while you rest.  May also include some light household activities.


Rate:  $30/hour (may vary depending on distance and duties)
